EKSU Alumni To Construct Post Graduate Students’ Hostel

The newly elected leadership of the National Alumni Association of Ekiti State University (EKSU) led by the National President, Mr. Oludotun Adetuberu has laid out its agenda to move the association forward which include an ambitious plan to construct the Alumni Village which will contain a postgraduate students Hostel as well as other infrastructural and social amenities.
Mr. Adetuberu said this during a meeting of the Alumni executive with the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Samuel Oye Bandele.
The Alumni president Mr. Adetunberu who emerged at the just concluded 2017 Triennial Convention of the association said that he was prepared for the task ahead adding that his team would upgrade and reposition the functions of the Alumni of the University.
He assured the Vice Chancellor that as part of his 12-point agenda; all Alumni of the institution would be contacted and pull resources together to construct a multimillion naira Alumni village containing a post graduate student hostel and a shopping mall.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof Samuel Oye Bandele congratulated the new executives and explained that the University has reinvigorated the Directorate of Advancement Center which deals with Alumni relations.
Prof Bandele assured the team of his support and urged them to unite all graduates of Ekiti State University under one family for the positive development of the university
