See schedule, List of graduands, dress code etc. The 9th Convocation ceremony of Ajayi Crowther University will hold on Friday October 13th, 2017. The date was approved by the Governing Council in the meeting it held in the Council chambers of the university on Wednesday September 6, 2017.
The event which previously held in November was changed to enable graduating students attend the event given that the previous dates coincides with the time graduants are called to camp for national youth service.
The situations thus made many of them stay away from the event. The activities for this year will commence on October 6 and end with the convocation.

Clearance System Reviewed
The University Management has reviewed the system of clearing final year students for graduation, convocation and certificate issuance. Henceforth, clearance forms obtained by graduating students would now be signed at the Library, Student Affairs, Faculty office, Bursary and Academic Affairs Office.
To this end, there will now be a scheduled officer in the Registry in charge of clearance issues;and respective offices at which clearance is mandatory will be requested from time to time to give comprehensive details of graduating students, showing those liable or indebted to the University in any forms. Graduating students must be attended to at the designated points, same day, without delay by authorized officers.
Collection of Statement of results
The following documents must be tendered by graduating students before they are allowed to collect their statement of results from the academic office.
- Original Clearance Certificate
- Student ID card
- Original O’Level certificate which must include at least five (5) credit passes in English, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects of discipline or as stipulated in the admission requirements on entry into the University.

- Certificate can only be picked up in person by the owner of the certificate.
