Good news as the Management of the University of Benin has announced commencement of online clearance for newly admitted students. Dr Benedicta Ehanire, the university’s Public Relations Officer made this known in a statement on Saturday in Benin, the Edo State capital. Thus, the clearance officers and new students were told to take note of the development and act accordingly.
Duration of the Clearance Exercise
According to her, the exercise takes effect immediately and is expected to last till January 15th, 2025. So, if you are recently admitted for the 2024/2025 academic session proceed to the school website to kickstart your admission clearance. Don’t allow the merriment and excitement of the festive period to distract your preparation for school.

Dr. Ehanire, the school PRO, said the directive affected only candidates already given admission. She stated that the admission process remained ongoing even after the notice.
