About
The University of Oulu International Scholarship Scheme offers financial assistance to high achieving international students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the University of Oulu.
Eligibility
- Applicants are eligible to submit application for a University of Oulu Scholarship if they fufil the admissions requirements and are mandated to pay the tuition fee.
- University of Oulu Scholarships is offered one time. The scholarship will be granted only if the applicant is admitted.
- The University of Oulu Scholarship is merit based.
