Scholarship Eligibility
• Be a citizen of the U.S. during the time of the national application deadline
• Be a graduate of high school, or have been awarded a GED
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age or older during the national application deadline
• Intend to study in an overseas program in a country outside of Western Europe, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
• Intend to pursue a degree in a country of which they are not a citizen
