ICSP Scholarship at University of Oregon USA
International students who can prove they are financially disadvantaged and have outstanding merit or academic achievements may apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) scholarship.
The ICSP scholarship includes a cultural service component that mandates students to provide presentations regarding their native country to children, community organizations, and University of Oregon students, faculty/teachers, and staff.
Additionally, the ICSP scholarship is a partial tuition scholarship and is renewable annually up to the completion of one degree, contingent upon the student’s adherence to the ICSP program standards.

Scholarship Eligibility
The following eligibility criteria apply to all applicants for the ICSP Scholarship at the University of Oregon:
- Applicants must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. [New students must apply for admission to the University of Oregon for Fall 2025 by 15 January 2025.]
- Applicants must not be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or qualified to obtain U.S. federal financial aid.
- Applicants must show evidence of financial need and meet the minimum cumulative GPA requirement of 3.0.
Note: ICSP students agree to complete 66-80 hours per year of cultural service as required by the program.

You must apply for admission to the University of Oregon before you can apply for the scholarship.
Also, within three (3) days of submitting your admission application, your University of Oregon Student ID (xxxxxxx number) will be accessible on your Admissions Status Portal. This number is required to create an account to apply for University of Oregon scholarships.
