Patricia Stanley Bolch Scholarship at Swinburne University of Technology, Australia
The Patricia Stanley Bolch Scholarship was created to pay respects to the late Patricia Stanley Bolch. With her humble and hard-working attitude, Patricia realised how impactful education can transform everyone for the better, as well as their immediate community or society. She spent her childhood in Archies Creek (rural Victoria) and subsequently in Narre Warren during the late 19th century. And her family was supportive.
The scholarship will fund the school expenses of one student from a regional or rural area, who has undergone significant financial challenges (or special considerations for their course entry), studying either Vocational Education or Undergraduate level.
