Uppsala University Global Scholarships
The Uppsala University Global Scholarships, along with other scholarships like Anders Wall’s Scholarships for students from Africa, are available for fee-paying students applying for Master’s programmes starting in autumn 2025, with the application deadline for Master’s programmes on 15 January 2025 and for scholarships on 3 February 2025, with the courses beginning in August 2025 in Sweden.

Scholarship Value
Covers the tuition fee for the selected Master’s programme. Living expenses are not included.
Scholarship Eligibility
- You must be a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland.
- Demonstrate academic talent and interest in an educational environment.
- The Master’s programme at Uppsala University must be your first priority (ranked highest among the four programmes you can select at University Admissions).
- Submit your Master’s programme application before the University Admissions deadline.
- Meet the entry requirements for the programme you applied to.
- Ensure that the application fee and all supporting documents are submitted to University Admissions by the deadline.
