Entry Requirements

You need five (5) O'level credit passes in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB — including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology — obtained in not more than two sittings. Sit the JAMB UTME with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, score at least 150 (JAMB's national minimum) and make NAFCONS your first choice. Admission notices for the college have quoted a higher screening minimum of 180 for its Nursing intake — departmental cut-offs are often higher than the national minimum, so confirm the current-year figure on the official portal before applying. Applicants must be aged 16–26 as at 30 September of the admission year and Nigerian by birth; Post-UTME screening at the college is compulsory.

NAF-CN JAMB Cut-off Mark (2026/2027)

The JAMB national minimum for the 2026/2027 session is 150. This is the lowest score to be considered; the college also runs its own entrance examination, and departments frequently set higher cut-offs, so always confirm the current mark for your course with the school.

How to Apply

First, sit the JAMB UTME and select Nigerian Air Force College of Nursing Sciences (NAFCONS), Kaduna as your first choice with the correct subject combination (English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology). Then download the college's admission form FREE from the official website or the apply page — NAFCONS states the form is not sold online. Complete it and submit at the college with photocopies of your O'level result(s), Certificate of State/Local Government of Origin, UTME result and four passport photographs, then attend the Post-UTME screening at Air Force Base, Kaduna. A ₦5,000 non-refundable logistics fee (published by the college) is paid in cash at the college finance office — there is no online Post-UTME payment.

Stay safe: the admission form is free and only available on nafcons.edu.ng — ignore Issuu posts, WhatsApp numbers and "agents" selling a NAFCONS form or Post-UTME slot, and never pay an agent / pay only through the official college channels.
