The Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) is a parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Health.
RRBN was established by Decree 42 of 1987, now Cap R1 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

The mission of RRBN is to improve access to and the standard of radiography services in Nigeria. Through their integrated training, monitoring, and inspection operations, the board ensures the quality of their training programmes and strives to improve them on a regular basis.
Also, their efforts supply skilled labour, secure favourable working conditions, and assure contentment on the job.
