About
The Global Korea Scholarship (GKS), formerly KGSP, is offered by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED) under the Korean Ministry of Education. It supports international students pursuing fully funded masters and doctoral degrees at Korean universities.
Eligibility
Must be a citizen of a NIIED-designated country. Neither applicant nor parents may hold Korean citizenship. Under 40 years of age as of September 1, 2026. GPA of 2.64/4.0 (80/100) or above. Good physical and mental health.

Apply via Embassy Track on Study in Korea website. Multiple applications result in disqualification. Includes 1-year Korean language programme before degree studies begin.
