Emile Boutmy Scholarships at Sciences Po
The Emile Boutmy Scholarships, established in honor of Sciences Po’s founder to attract exceptional international students from outside the European Union, are currently open for applications.
This scholarship is available to first-time applicants admitted to an undergraduate or master’s program at Sciences Po University in Paris, France. The closing date for master’s programs is December 1, 2024, and for undergraduate programs (from foreign secondary schools) it is March 4, 2025. The course will start in the academic year 2025–2026.

Scholarship Value
Underguate level: €6,500 to €14,210, for the three years of undergraduate study / Masters level: €13,100 per year, covering part of the tuition fees for the two years of the Master’s programme.
Scholarship Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be first-time applicants from a non-European Union state.
- Belong to a household that does not file taxes within the European Union.
- Have been admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s programme at Sciences Po.
Selection is based on academic excellence and the profile sought for the programme, with social criteria also considered.
