About

The International Undergraduate Merit Scholarship is offered to international students from selected countries who can demonstrate high academic achievement in their previous studies. The scholarship offers a 20 percent reduction in your tuition fees for the duration of your course at ECU.

Applicants must be international students who receive an offer, a conditional offer, or a packaged pathway offer with a registered pathway partner and commence their ECU course or ECU packaged pathway course before 7 March 2025.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

  2. be an international student (not an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen);
    study onshore at ECU Joondalup, ECU Mount Lawley, ECU City Campus or ECU South West (Bunbury) Campus;
    meet ECU’s entry requirements for the course and commence study onshore at ECU, Western Australia in Semester One 2025; or
  3. be commencing your ECU packaged pathway course with an ECU registered pathway partner leading to an eligible CRICOS registered undergraduate degree before 07 March 2025
  4. study in an eligible CRICOS registered undergraduate degree (excluding Bachelor of Arts (Acting) (Y93), Bachelor of Arts (Arts and Cultural Management) (T74), Bachelor of Arts (Dance) (T73), Bachelor of Arts (Music Theatre) (G44), Bachelor of Arts Honours (C34), Bachelor of Counter Terrorism Security and Intelligence (Y14), Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies) (Y42), Bachelor of Education (Primary) (Y41), Bachelor of Education (Secondary) (Y68), Bachelor of Music (W76), Bachelor of Music Honours (K35), Bachelor of Performing Arts (Y97), Bachelor of Performing Arts Honours (W92), Bachelor of Preclinical Foundations of Imaging Science (T78), Bachelor of Science (Cybercrime, Security and Intelligence) (W87), Bachelor of Science (Nursing) (C33), Bachelor of Science (Nursing)/Bachelor of Science (Midwifery) (Y76), Bachelor of Science (Paramedical) (K89)).
