UNIMAID-Affiliated ASCOEA Begins Issuance of 2024/2025 Statements of Result

Graduates of the 2024/2025 academic session at Aminu Saleh College of Education (ASCOEA), Azare, can now collect their statements of result following the approval and release of results by the Senate of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID). The college management announced that the collection exercise commenced on Friday, June 19, 2026, for graduates of the School of Undergraduate Studies operating under the institution’s affiliation with UNIMAID.

The announcement marks another milestone for the affected graduates, many of whom require the document for employment, postgraduate admission, professional registration, and other academic pursuits. ASCOEA, located in Azare, Bauchi State, runs several degree programmes through its affiliation with the University of Maiduguri, allowing students to earn degrees awarded by the federal university.

Graduates Required to Pay N20,500

Meanwhile, the college has directed all affected graduates to pay a non-refundable fee of N20,500 through the Remita platform before collecting their statements of result. According to the management, the payment comprises N7,500 for the statement of result and N13,000 as certificate processing charges.

The institution explained that the two charges must be paid together, stressing that graduates will not be issued their statements of result unless the full amount has been remitted. Consequently, graduates have been advised to complete the payment process promptly to avoid delays during collection.

Management Urges Compliance

Furthermore, the college urged all eligible graduates to comply with the directive and follow the prescribed payment procedure. The management emphasized that the collection exercise is already underway and encouraged affected students to take advantage of the opportunity to secure their academic documents.

With the release of the results and commencement of statement collection, attention is now expected to shift to the processing and eventual issuance of certificates to members of the graduating class.
