Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Opens 2026/2027 Post UTME Registration, Sets Cut-Off Mark at 100

Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic (AKWAIBOMPOLY), Ikot Osurua, has commenced the sale of Post UTME application forms for admission into its National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The Polytechnic is inviting suitably qualified candidates who scored 100 and above in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and possess the required O’Level qualifications to apply for admission into its various academic programmes.

The admission exercise covers courses across the institution’s schools of Applied Sciences, Engineering, Business and Management Studies, and Communication Arts.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates seeking admission into the National Diploma programmes must meet the following requirements:

  • Obtain a minimum score of 100 in the 2026 UTME.
  • Possess at least five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent examinations.
  • Satisfy any additional requirements specified for their chosen programme.

Candidates who scored below the approved cut-off mark are not eligible to participate in the admission exercise.

Screening Fee

The Post UTME screening fee is ₦2,000, payable online through the Polytechnic’s application portal.
