
The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), Bayelsa State, has commenced the sale of its 2026/2027 Direct Entry (DE) Admission Screening Form, inviting suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the institution’s undergraduate programmes to submit their applications online.
The university announced that the screening exercise is specifically for candidates applying through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Direct Entry route and who meet the prescribed admission requirements.
Prospective applicants are advised to complete their registration before the deadline and ensure all required credentials are correctly uploaded to avoid disqualification.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Direct Entry screening exercise, candidates must:
- Have selected the Federal University Otuoke as their first-choice institution during the 2026 JAMB Direct Entry registration.
- Possess any of the following qualifications in relevant disciplines:
1. National Certificate in Education (NCE).
2. Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
3. Higher National Diploma (HND)
4. First Degree
5. Advanced Level (A’Level) Certificate
- Meet the O’Level subject requirements for their chosen course as specified in the university’s admission brochure.
Candidates who did not initially choose FUOTUOKE as their first-choice institution but wish to study at the university must first process a Change of Institution through JAMB before proceeding with the application.
Application Fee and Registration Portal
Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card.

- Any candidate found to have supplied false information or falsified credentials will be automatically disqualified.
- Applicants must provide valid email addresses and active telephone numbers during registration.
- The university reserves the right to verify all submitted credentials.
